The Y has plenty of activities to help you live healthier. Join us on January 13 for Live at the Y, an annual event to get you moving in the right direction. Start 2018 off with two great classes. We will have STRONG by Zumba at 9 a.m. and Hip Hop at 10 a.m.
And you asked, we listened. We revamped our Group Exercise schedule to bring you the best classes at the best times. We’re bringing Body Pump back to the mornings on Thursdays at 8:30 a.m. Yoga will now be on Sundays, you can take a high energy Spin class at 9:30 a.m. and then stretch, relax and reset your mind at 10:30 a.m. to start your week off right!!
